The Business and Organizational Leadership Program at Brevard College invites those with a passion for teaching at the undergraduate level to apply for a one-year faculty position (the position may later convert to an ongoing appointment). The ideal candidate will have a strong appreciation for the liberal arts setting where small classes and student interaction are valued. Applicants should possess a broad range of teaching competencies particularly economics, marketing, entrepreneurship, and IT. Experience in teaching business based on the principles of sustainable enterprise and the triple bottom line is a plus. Additional responsibilities include committee work, academic advising, and internship direction. Qualified applicants will possess an earned doctorate degree in a business discipline and have demonstrated teaching experience at the undergraduate level. Salary and rank are commensurate with experience.

Brevard College is located in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina near Asheville and adjacent to the Pisgah National Forest in a region known for art, music, and culture, the program creates interdisciplinary links with practical knowledge.
