Delegate Information
Brevard College welcomes delegates to march in the inauguration. Delegates will be ordered during the Processional by the year their institution was founded (oldest to most recent). Our staff will be on hand to assist you. Delegates are members of administration, faculty or an alumnus/alumna appointed to represent an academic institution. Potential delegates are encouraged to contact the Office of the President or Provost at their institution for permission and additional information.
Regalia
Delegates are requested to provide their own academic regalia.
Delegates should meet in The Porter Center for Performing Arts Scott Commons at 9:30 a.m. for robing. Personal items will be secured in the Scott Commons during the ceremony. (see Location and Directions here)
Seating
Spouses may be seated in the Porter Center Concert Hall beginning at 10:00 a.m.
Parking
Delegates may park in the Porter Center parking lot. Please see a student host for assistance upon arrival on campus.
