My Checklist
___ Enrollment Deposit Paid (Mail to the Admission Office)
This $200 deposit serves to hold your space in the incoming class and is the first $200 of your semester’s tuition. (The deposit is refundable until December 1 for Spring semester and May 1 for Fall semester.)

___ Roommate Questionnaire Completed / Returned and Caution Deposit Paid
If you will be living on campus (and most of our students do!), you will want to complete and return this questionnaire. You will find more information about how roommates are placed together on the page roommates page. All residential students are required to pay a one-time $250 caution deposit which is kept in a non-interest accruing account. This fund is used for any damages that may occur to the residence hall or as resources for any remaining fines that may accrue on a students account at the time of departure. This deposit is refundable to the student at the time of separation from the College.

___ Sign and return Financial Aid Award Letter
Keep one copy for your files and send the other back to the Financial Aid Office.

___ Begin completing the Packet of Forms!
This book of forms contains all the important documents that must be completed before you’ll be allowed to begin classes. You will need the time to complete your physical examination, collect immunization records, provide proof of health insurance, etc.

___ Sign up for one of the Summer Opportunity And Registration (SOAR) days — Fall New Students Only
You must attend either the June 21 or July 26 SOAR event. This is your opportunity to meet with faculty and be registered for classes. You will learn the specifics of becoming a part of the Brevard College community (residential life or commuter life). We offer a full day of sessions for your adult family members as well. (Note: There is a $95 charge for the combined events of SOAR and Fall Orientation.) Click here to register today! 

___ Review the BCE 111 Course Descriptions and Topics.
You will need to choose your top 4 selections during SOAR.

___ Confirm Registration for Student Orientation (required of all new students)

___ Begin collecting the school and living items you will need.

___ Move in and attend Student Orientation.
