PLEASE COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THIS FORM ALONG WITH THE REGISTRATION FEE:
You may either make a credit card payment over the phone or send a check by mail. Checks can be mailed to our main campus address (1 Brevard College Dr., Brevard, NC 28712) to the attention of Admissions: SOAR
- Registration is $95 for students.
- Family registration is $25 per family.
Upon receipt of this form, the Admission Office will send a “Confirmation Packet” with more detailed information about the SOAR you have selected.
You may select the SOAR date that is most convenient for you and your family. Two identical sessions have been selected for June and July.
