Brevard College accepts and reviews applications on a rolling basis, at any time up to 18 months before the first day of the semester you would like to begin. Of course, admission, scholarship, and financial aid are granted on a first-come, first-served basis – so the earlier you apply, the better.
There are a number of different ways you can apply:
- You can apply directly online
- Print out a PDF and mail in the completed application
- Email or call us at 1-800-527-9090 to request that an application be mailed to you
Whichever way you choose, you’ll also need to complete your application file with a few other items, including official high school transcripts, SAT or ACT scores, and transcripts from any college or university you have attended. Letters of recommendation and an updated resume are suggested for additional scholarship consideration. All the details are in the Application section.
Once we receive your application, we’ll notify you within two-three days and remind you of the items you need to complete the process. Your Admission Counselor or one of our Presidential Circle members (student ambassadors) will also give you a call. And we’ll continue to follow up with you weekly on any items missing from your application file. My Checklist contains a handy chart to help you keep track of all your application dates, deadlines, and other details.
When your file is complete, it will be evaluated by the Admission Staff within 24 hours. We’ll notify you about the results by mail and/or by phone. Once you’ve been accepted to Brevard College, your Admission Counselor will guide you through all the next steps (including the Financial Aid process) for becoming a part of the Brevard College family.
If you have questions, you can reach us from 8-5, (EST), Monday through Friday, at 1-800-527-9090 or send an email to admissions@brevard.edu. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
