	Thomas Cason (2003) Instructor in Physical Education Track and Cross Country Coach  828.884.8228 casonwt@brevard.edu B.A., Furman University M.A., Furman University Thomas Cason came to Brevard after successfully creating a cross country program at Montreat College. Cason also served as the head women’s cross country coach at Davidson College for three years, and spent three years as an assistant cross country and track and field coach at Furman University. Cason’s eleven years of college coaching experience, he is currently holds USAT&F Level I and USAT&F Level II Endurance coaching certificates.
	Coach Thad Walker (2006) Head Cycling Coach 828.884.8272 walkertm@brevard.edu B.A., Brevard College A graduate of Brevard College and an avid cyclist, Thad has raced and worked in the bike industry for the last five years. He is eager to share his experience and passion for cycling to help build a strong and successful program at Brevard College.
	David Nelson (2004) Men's Golf Coach  828.884.8214  nelsondm@brevard.edu B.A., Covenant College M.A., San Diego State University The Los Angeles, CA native brings over 26 years of coaching and athletic administrative experience to the program, most recently having served as Athletic Director at Union College in Barbourville, Kentucky. While at Union, Coach Nelson. Upon receiving his bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from Covenant College. Coach Nelson moved to Sao Paulo, Brazil where he enjoyed a successful career coaching international high school and club teams.
	Juan Mascaro (2007) Men's Soccer Coach Mascaro comes to Brevard from Campbell University were he has served as an assistant women’s soccer coach.  A native of El Salvador, he has been coaching on the prep, club or collegiate level since 1992.  He played professionally as a goalkeeper in the second division ranks in Central America from 1989-93.  Mascaro founded the Modelo Soccer Academy in 1992, and served as head coach at Naleb High School in El Salvador in 1993.
	Paul Thomson (2005) Tennis Coach 828.884.8281 thomsop@brevard.edu B.S., Samford University; Class B teaching Certification Secondary ED, University of Alabama CTP, Tennis Registry (PTR) Instructor in Exercise Science Paul Thomson is a native of Birmingham Alabama. He is a 1995 Graduate of Samford University where he earned his B.S. in history and political science. Thomson continued his education at the University of Alabama at Birmingham earning his Class B teaching certification in secondary education specializing in social sciences.
