Scholarships
 

There are numerous opportunities for scholarships for students with special characteristics, skills, talents, or abilities.  Students are automatically considered for academic and/or leadership scholarships upon admission to the College. Prospective students should contact our Financial Aid Office for information on United Methodist scholarships and loans.

Academic & Leadership Scholarships:
The Brevard Fellows Academic Scholarship Program includes the Angier B. Duke, C. Grier & Lena Sue Beam, & Allen H. Sims Scholarships, ranging from $3,000-$6,000/year. In addition, Duke Scholars will be invited to compete for a full tuition scholarship at our scholarship competition in March. The Brevard College Leadership Scholarship is based on leadership and involvement in extra-curricular activities and clubs as well as in the community. Currently-enrolled students may apply for a Brevard Fellows Scholarship based on their academic performance and/or involvement in campus activities.

Talent & Departmental Scholarships:
Art, Athletic Training/Exercise Science, Ecology, English, Environmental Studies, History, Integrated Studies, Mathematics & Natural Sciences, Music, Organizational Leadership, School Newspaper (Clarion), Theater, and Wilderness Leadership
