Once you have determined that Brevard is the right place for you to continue your education, an enrollment fee is required. Our incoming class size is limited so students are encouraged to pay their fee as soon as they have decided to attend Brevard.
The benefits of paying your enrollment fee are:
You reserve your spot in the incoming Brevard College class
You secure any current financial aid/scholarship awards
You are able to register for S.O.A.R
You can register for classes
You can request on-campus dorm space
We have two options available to student who wish to reserve their spot at Brevard College!
Option #1 – Priority Enrollment
Students who choose the Priority Enrollment option must pay their enrollment fee before March 30th and are afforded the following perks:
Pay only $125 (as opposed to $250)
Guaranteed residence hall and roommate assignment by April 30th
Guaranteed spot in S.O.A.R. session #1 in April, leaving with your fall class schedule in-hand
Option #2 – Regular Enrollment
Students are required to submit this standard $250 enrollment fee before May 1st. Once that is complete, students have/will:
reserved their spot in the incoming class
secured the financial aid awarded to them
Gain access to a residence hall application (assignments made in July)
Register for S.O.A.R. session #2 or #3 in June and July
After the enrollment fee is paid through either the Priority or Regular enrollment option, we will mail you a packet, in spring, which includes forms for S.O.A.R, housing, immunization, and tuition payment plans, etc. needed to complete the enrollment process.
*ALL students who submit their enrollment fee after May 1st will only have their spot in the incoming class secured, and financial aid awarded, as space and scholarship/aid availability allow.
Payments can be made with credit/debit card over the phone by calling 828.884.8310. A check can also be accepted and should be made out to Brevard College and sent to:
