At Brevard College, our motto is “Learn in Order to Serve.” And for more than 150 years, we’ve held up this motto as a guide for teaching and shaping the next generation of leaders. You can see it in the mentoring relationships between students and faculty, in lessons involving hands-on experiential learning, in lively classroom discussions, and in informal student debate. Our vision for the next five years is both exciting and ambitious. Our goals include: an undergraduate student population of 1,000, community strengthening residence halls, state-of-the-art academic facilities, and a strong faculty and staff dedicated to the Brevard philosophy of higher education.
