Paul Thomson
Cheerleading Advisor and Head Tennis Coach
In addition to his duties as the Men and Women’s tennis coach, Paul Thomson will serve as the advisor to the cheer program here at Brevard College. Paul Thomson is a native of Birmingham Alabama. He is a 1995 Graduate of Samford University where he earned his B.S. in history and political science. Thomson continued his education at the University of Alabama at Birmingham earning his Class B teaching certification in secondary education specializing in social sciences. He came to Brevard from his alma mater Samford University where he served as the assistant men’s and women’s tennis coach. Thomson is a certified Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) instructor. His background includes teaching and coaching at the club, high school and collegiate levels. Paul Thomson is married to his wife Sherer who is also a native of Birmingham Alabama. They live here in Brevard with their dog Flea. |
