Brevard, N.C. – The Brevard College women’s softball team has postponed the double-header scheduled for Thursday, April 3, versus Newberry College due to heavy rains and inclement weather conditions.

  

The twin bill has not yet been re-scheduled.

 

This is the second time in which these two teams have had their scheduled double-header postponed due to rain, as the original schedule date was back on March 20.

 

The Tornados (8-18) next scheduled contest will be on tomorrow, April 4, as they will play host to the Lady Railsplitters of Lincoln Memorial University. The first pitch of the double-header is slated for 2 p.m. weather permitting.
