Welcome to Brevard
Life in the residence hall will be a huge part of your college experience. At Brevard all full-time students (with a few exceptions) are required to live on campus and eat in the college dining hall. And most of them will tell you, it’s a blast!
The residence halls are small, nurturing communities within themselves. This is where many lifelong friendships begin. It’s where you’ll learn to get along with people who are different from you – and where you’ll figure out how to manage your own space and your own responsibilities.
A staff Resident Director lives in each hall and there’s an upper-class student Resident Advisor on each floor. These people are here to help you with any questions you have about life on campus. The Resident Directors and Resident Advisors also work with Campus Life to coordinate entertainment, educational programs, and special events in their residence halls.
Brevard has a number of different types of housing options ranging from traditional residence halls to apartments to theme housing (where students with common interests all live together). We’ve recently even added a new family housing option for students who are married students or have children.
