Religious & Spiritual Life

Brevard College recognizes Religious and Spiritual Life is a personal journey and students of all faith backgrounds are celebrated and encouraged to dialogue about common moral, ethical and spiritual issues.  There are a number of resources, including various institutions of worship, in the greater Brevard area to assist in this journey.  The College hosts various programs and opportunities to promote spiritual growth including topical discussions and small group Bible studies.

Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA)

FCA is a national organization that first developed to meet the spiritual needs of organized and professional sports.  Now FCA is open to ALL students who are looking for an opportunity to fellowship with other Christian students.   FCA provides a way for students to grow in their faith and express that faith in worthy projects, both on and off-campus.

Residence Hall Bible Studies

If you are interested in joining a student-led Bible study that meets in the residence halls, please contact your RA.  Bible studies have enriched many students' lives, and we'll need help in organizing groups each semester.

Off-Campus Worship Services

The Center for Multicultural & Service Initiatives is always willing to help students of any faith to locate a place of worship within the surrounding Brevard area.  In the CMSI, there is a growing list of churches, synagogues, mosques, and faith groups with vital information about meeting places, times of gathering and transportation needs.
