Find harmony between work and play.

There’s a reason Outdoor Magazine named Brevard one of the “40 Best College Towns” in the United States. Between classes, many of our students tend to spend a lot of time outdoors camping, kayaking, hiking, and rock climbing. But if you’re not the backpacking type, the area’s charm does extend beyond its natural playground.

On campus there are over 30 student clubs and organizations devoted to everything from music to math to service. And roughly half of Brevard students get into intramural sports.

It’s just a short stroll to downtown Brevard where you can go dancing with friends, see movies, or join in on open-mic nights at nearby restaurants. When you’re ready for a change of pace, Asheville’s art and music scene is just a short drive away. And Brevard isn’t far from Charlotte and Atlanta, two of the South’s hottest cities for fun and culture.

The fastest way to make Brevard feel like home is to get involved.
