The students, faculty and staff of Brevard College have a long history of excellence in the classroom, in leadership, in our community and in sports. Yearly, prior to Commencement, we set aside time to honor these individuals for their continued outstanding accomplishments.

During the College's Honors and Awards Ceremony, we honor those who have excelled in their academic pursuits or have been honored by induction into one or more of the honor societies in their chosen field of study. We also honor those outstanding members of the faculty and staff who have been recognized by the students and their peers as exemplary members of the Brevard College community.  Click here to view photo gallery of the event.

At the Annual Athletic Awards Ceremony the College honors those students who have performed at levels above and beyond those of their fellow competitors or have provided leadership to their teams and fellow athletes. We also honor those coaches and staff members who have been recognized for their outstanding service or support of student athletes and the college's athletics programs.

Twice a year, the College honors full-time students that have attained levels of academic accomplishment with inclusion into either the Brevard College Honor Roll or Dean's List. To be included in the Honor Roll students must have achieved a grade point average of 3.0 to 3.49. Inclusion into the Dean's List requires a grade point average of 3.5 or higher.
