Are donations accepted for the series?
Yes! The Artist Series has struggled in recent years to be it’s own entity and to grow and be successful. Now, more than ever before, we rely upon your generosity to continue to provide and improve the programming and availability of our world-class series, in our own backyard! Please visit the ‘giving’ menus above for ideas that fit you! You can make a difference!
Patrons who wish to purchase single tickets only can get their seats in advance by donating $100 or more as a series supporter. Transactions must go through the box office, between the dates of August 10-17, 2009.
Can I keep "my seats" from last year?
The earlier you get your order in, the more likely you are to get the seats you want.
How do you decide where to seat me?
If you have a specific seating request (beyond the section you select on the order form), please include a note with your order detailing the request. We will, as always, do our best to fulfill your request. If we cannot, we will give you seats that are closest to your request at the time we are filling your order.
SUBSCRIPTION TIP: Try to give us more than one seating preference or a brief explanation. We can serve you better if we understand your preferences. Examples: aisle seats, or within 6 seats of the aisle; I prefer sitting in the center even if I sit farther back; Seat me near an exit.
How can I be seated with my friends who are also subscribers?
The best way is to mail both order forms in the same envelope. If this is not possible, both orders should include a note to sit with the other.
How can I buy additional tickets for family/friends with my subscription?
Single tickets will be on sale exclusively to all subscribers and Artist Series Supporters on August 10 with no additional handling fees, IF you order these additional tickets with your subscription (in the Single Tickets section of the order form), and they will be automatically processed/seated on August 10. General single tickets will go on sale to the public on August 17, 2009.
SUBSCRIPTION TIP: If you want to buy an additional ticket to several events, it may be less expensive and more convenient to purchase an additional subscription. Unsure of how it all works? Call or email the Box Office and we’ll help you with your order.
If I can't buy single tickets until August 17, how can my entire party sit together?
If you are purchasing single tickets to an event that you have in your subscription and we do not have seats available near your subscription seats, you have two choices: Move your subscription seats for that event to keep your party together, or keep your subscription seats where they are and purchase your additional ticket(s) as close to that location as possible.
Has the subscription size changed?
We have reduced the number of shows this season, and with that, the subscription requirements also change. While we would love our patrons to come to all of our shows, we don’t feel the need to force them to. So, we have a package for the three “Special Events,” the three “Discovery Series” shows and two “Artist Series” packages, a “pick 4” to save 10% and a 13% savings if all seven shows are purchased.
